4 Day Yoga Teacher Training on the Sunshine Coast + non-contact components.

Learn to confidently teach pregnancy yoga!

Pregnant women worldwide are flocking to yoga classes for it's reputation as a safe and effective 'exercise'. As yoga teachers we know it is so much more. The pregnant goddess can drink from this vast ocean of yogic wisdom to gain greater strength, clarity and vitality that surely has the power to change the world - one baby at a time.

Assisting women to have an empowered experience of pregnancy and birth is one of the greatest rewards of teaching prenatal yoga. "I was always a little wary teaching pregnant women, until I attended the Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Vanessa at Being Yoga. Vanessa showed us how to find a balance between strength and softness, and inspired me not to be 'afraid' of pregnant women coming to class! Every teacher training or yoga class I have been to with Being Yoga has been top quality, with Vanessa and Michael and all their team sharing their experience and wisdom with generosity and integrity."
