We start at 10am on the 14th July so it's up to you when you arrive at the resort. Some like to arrive the night before (book this extra night with the resort directly), others come from the beach areas that morning and join us for yoga straight away then check in after midday.
Absolutely NOT. Everyone is welcomed to yoga, just as they are. This often means that you may be carrying niggling injuries, varying levels of fitness, flexibility and strength. The best thing you can do is to honour yourself, exactly where you are on any given day. Pushing beyond your limits is not generally recommended in yoga. However, there are times when the only way to grow and move forward is to give something a go. You need to become your best judge as to when the time is right. There is plenty of time for nature walks & time off but if you need more you are welcome to take it The retreat is yours!
Absolutely! Many people come by themselves and leave with a whole bunch of new friends. If you want twin share and are by yourself, let us know and we can find you a suitable (same gender) buddy to share with.
