Body, Breath & Awareness

Step 1

Being Yoga has a great team of teachers offer yoga classes on the Sunshine Coast with a wide variety of yoga classes for all levels.  Our yoga classes in Maroochydore specialise in a style of vinyasa flow yoga that focuses on breath based movement and safe alignment. All classes finish with a 5-10 minute period of deep relaxation.

Bring a mat if you have one, or use ours for no extra cost.

Do I need to book?

Step 4

Not really, though you can easily do this via the Wellness Living 'Achieve' app or via the Wellness Living website. Please make sure you arrive 10-15 mins before class so you can settle in, especially if it's your first time to class with us.  Find More FAQ here >>

Slow Flow Yoga

Step 1

Slow it down, breathe, move and open your body with a range of traditional yoga postures and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and pregnancy.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Step 1

This is a mixed level class incorporating both a range of foundational yoga postures plus a blend of more energising and challenging sequences.  

Slow Flow Restorative

Step 1

This style of yoga addresses the modern epidemic of stress & anxiety by allowing slow and deep immersions in postures using yoga props so no effort is needed.  

Slow Flow Meditation

Step 1

In this class you first move your body with a slow yoga flow practice followed by a deep yoga nidra guided relaxation and mindfulness meditation.  

Raja Yoga

Step 1

A full yoga experience taught by the co-founder of Being Yoga, Michael Daly. 90 minutes of creative flow, playful engagement with advanced postures PLUS a deep dive into breathwork and meditation.  

Beginners Yoga Course

Step 1

Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and enjoyable environment. We offer courses in beginners yoga at our beautiful studio in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.
